I love the students’ unfiltered honesty and creativity, and their excitement for life and learning.  It’s fun to experience the world through their eyes!  My greatest goal is for students and their families to know of Jesus’ love for them.

I attended Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, where I met my husband Dan, who is principal at Lutheran High Northeast. 

I have taught in Michigan and Indiana, in grades including 1st, 2nd, 3rd and preschool.

One of my favorite Bible verses is James 1:17, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
