Mr. Urban spent the first 12 years of his ministry at Lutheran South Academy (LSA) in Houston, Texas.  Mr. Urban taught middle school Texas History, geography, and study skills for seven years.  The last five years at LSA, he was the assistant principal of the lower school (PK-5th grade).  Mr. Urban coached 6th and 8th basketball and middle school baseball during his 12 years at Lutheran South.
