Resources:
I was born in Michigan, but spent most of my life in the Houston area.
I grew up with Lutheran educators as parents and saw how they made a difference in others’ lives which led me to become a teacher as well.
After graduating from college I got married to my wife Adria in 2007. She has her DCE Certification and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She currently spends her time growing her Columbus Norfolk Mom’s Network which is a resource for moms in the Northeast Nebraska area.
We have a daughter Mackenzie. She loves playing outside, going to the library and museum, and seeing the big kids. She keeps me on my toes and a huge blessing in my life.
I attended Concordia University Nebraska and graduated in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
Since graduating I have taught 4th Grade at Pilgrim Lutheran in Green Bay, WI, 6th-8th Science and Math at Hope Lutheran in Shawnee, KS, 5th-8th Science and Math and was Assistant Principal at Epiphany Lutheran in Houston, TX. While in Houston, I was awarded Outstanding Lutheran Educator of the year for 2019 in the state of Texas.
