Hello, and welcome to our First Grade website. My name is Mrs. Deb Schmidt and this is my 25th year of teaching. I am so blessed to be able to teach small children and I look forward to working with our Christ Lutheran families.
My two boys live in Phoenix with their families, and my daughter’s family lives in Seward. My entire family attended Lutheran grade school, and have undergraduate and graduate degrees from UNL and Concordia University. My husband currently is the VP of OGT and has 30 years of coaching and teaching in the Concordia University System. We travel often and are very busy and very blessed!
My career includes 23 years at the K-2 level and I have also developed and directed 2 Lutheran preschools, one in Scottsdale AZ, and one in Milford NE.
